More than one hundred researchers gather at the UIB in the Seventh Meeting of Young Researchers from the Catalan Countries

Seventh Meeting of Young Researchers from the Catalan CountriesMore than a hundred young researchers from Catalonia, the Balearic Islands and  Valencian Community have met at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) in the Seventh Meeting of Young Researchers from the Catalan Countries. The meeting has been organized by the Chemistry Department of the UIB and the Catalan Society of Chemistry, subsidiary of the Institute of Catalan Studies, to continue the series of biennial scientific meetings started in January 2000 in Sitges to facilitate the knowledge exchanged related to research developed by research groups in chemistry.This meeting also serves to encourage young researchers to be the protagonists of the transmission of their work to the rest of the scientific community and promote communication among the researchers who work in different disciplines of chemistry.
