The UdG proposes the first Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC)

Información actualizada el 7 February 2013

The courses offered by the University of Girona – MOOC stands for Massive Open Online Course – are incorporated into the MiríadaX platform promoted by Universia and Telefónica. Specifically, they are a history of chemistry course (Discovering chemistry: from alchemy to subatomic particles) and a science communication course (Scientific research 2.0.1: key processes in a digital society).

With this initiative, the UdG has placed itself in a prime position in the field of teaching and internationalisation. The MOOC courses will be open to everyone, and in this particular case, are designed for students with a good command of the Spanish language.
