7. F-A4a, Governance promotion

Description of the action

An administrative consortium will be created as a public law body, with its own legal personality, in order to promote and start up CEI actions and manage the resources assigned to the consortium; coordinate relations of the consortium members among themselves; promote cooperation and connection to national and international networks (particularly regarding relations with the cross-border PRES-PM), and optimize the opportunities and facilities offered to students, lecturers, researchers and administration staff. The CEI-PM Campus Consortium will be chaired by the president, the Board of Directors, the Technical Board and the manager, and its ordinary management will be performed by a Campus Management Office. It is expected that the president will be someone with a particular international prestige and relevance in the scientific, cultural, social or business fields. Precisely, the CEI-PM is applying for funding to select the consortium’s president through an international selection, and also to finance the Campus Management Office and the ordinary operation of the consortium.
